ZaineLab is a state-of-the-art PCR laboratory established by the Reddington Healthcare Group in response to the current pandemic. It is a Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory for detecting and diagnosing COVID-19, The Laboratory is equipped with Class 3 Biotechnology that promotes efficiency and provides highest level protection for personnel and the environment. This is the highest level of biosafety technology available in the world.
The PCR test for COVID-19 is a molecular test that analyses an individual’s upper respiratory specimen
Our lab will perform a PCR test on your sample for SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes coronavirus (also called COVID-19).
This test is not a rapid test.

Please Note: To carry out a Covid-19 PCR Test in any of our centers, you are required to come along with any of the approved valid means of identification (Driver’s license, international passport, National Identity Card, Voter’s Card)

This test is not a rapid test. The average time to deliver results is currently 24hours from when your sample is received at the lab. Our labs process samples seven days a week.

People who have been in close contact with someone who has COVID-19—excluding people who have had COVID-19 within the past 90 days or who are up to date with COVID-19 vaccines.
People who have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 90 days and recovered do not have to quarantine or get tested again as long as they do not develop new symptoms.
People who develop symptoms again within 3 months of their first bout of COVID-19 may need to be tested again if there is no other cause identified for their symptoms.
People who have been in close contact with someone who has COVID-19 are not required to quarantine if they are up to date with COVID-19 vaccines and do not have symptoms.
